Hogan Town Hall | December 2026 Schedule of Events

Welcome to Town Hall Week!

Each year, Town Hall Week brings us together to celebrate our accomplishments, strengthen connections across Hogan, and align around priorities for the year ahead. As we close out a year of significant change, our time together on December 7th-11th will give us an opportunity to reconnect around what makes Hogan special and build understanding for what comes in the year ahead.

Explore the schedule below to see what's planned for the week.

Check back for updates as the agenda continues to evolve.

Safe Travels

Thank you for spending the week in Tulsa. As you head home, we wish you safe travels and a wonderful holiday season. We're grateful for all you contribute to Hogan and look forward to what we'll accomplish together in 2027.

Concur and Expense Reminders

    • Travel to Tulsa for All Hands: All travel expenses for the week should be coded to the Corporate expense type. Employees should leave their department coding as-is unless a specific expense needs to be allocated to another department.
    • Business Purpose Details: If employees purchase travel on behalf of someone else, they should identify that individual in the business purpose field. This also applies to hotel reservations booked for team members. The employee's name should be included in the business purpose.
    • Department Coding: Every expense charge must have a department assigned. If an expense is being incurred on behalf of someone in a different department, it should be allocated to the appropriate department rather than the employee's own department.
    • Itemized Lodging Expenses: Any additional hotel charges (e.g., snacks, drinks, meals, or parking), must be itemized separately in Concur under the original lodging charge using the itemization functionality. Each item should be assigned to the appropriate expense type rather than included in the room charge.
      • This same process should be followed anytime a single charge includes multiple expense types. Use Concur's itemization functionality to separate the charges and allocate each portion to the appropriate expense type.
    • Meal Receipt Documentation: All meal receipts over $25 must include an itemized receipt showing every item purchased, along with the tip amount. Employees should take a picture of the complete itemized receipt, making sure the tip is visible. All meal expenses must include the names of all attendees.
